Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Here's your present: An update! Sorry about the lack of those…I finally updated the calendar…added a couple of columns, and managed to stay sane through the holidays…hopefully you all did the same. Here's some good news:

Shane Kinney's Comedy Showcase is now WEEKLY at the Comedy Connection in Portland every Sunday! How about that? If you weren't seeing enough of me, now you can. I'll be polluting one of the world's finest comedy stages every Sunday at 8:30, featuring 6 other comics.

Also, I'll be performing there on NEW YEAR'S EVE with Bob Marley and George Hamm for a whopping 4 shows!

And, I've been traveling a bit. I spent Thanksgiving in Atlantic City, stopped in at Rascals for a set and to catch up with friends…spent last week in Poughkeepsie, a few weeks before that in Caribou…well…I've been movin.

The Comedy Palace in Andover is shutting their doors. This was sad news, as that was one of the places I started at. It is hard to see the place go…they were so good to me when I really, really sucked, and I came to know the staff well, the place was like home. I'll miss it.

But, in it's wake, Ron has opened new clubs: Jokemavens! I'll be there in Methuen January 17-18.

And, I'm no longer single. Boobie pictures are still accepted, but no marriage proposals.
