Broken Clown smoked out Watt’s Hall in Thomaston on the 5th. The gig was an absolute blinder. I love that gig. Probably my favorite one with the band.

Just had a good weekend. Did the soon to be world famous Comedy Studio last Thursday, Greg Rodriguez hosted, filling in for the Brand New DADDY Tim McIntire!!!!!! Much love to Tim and his family.

The show was good, Greg filled Tim’s enormous shoes with relative ease. He did great. I had an OK set, nothing special, I’m trying to make this new stuff gel. I guess it just takes time and work. I did 3 shows at the already famous Comedy Palace in Andover, Mass last Friday and Saturday, with Rich Ceisler and Ace Aceto. All three show were fantastic, I was able to work in a little of the new stuff, which worked for the most part.

I’d never met Ace, and he was a super guy and comic. Rich Ceisler is beyond words. I nearly pissed myself watching him. Still, one of my faves.

Did the Comedy Connection on Sunday to round out the weekend, and tripped all over myself trying to get the new Bumblebee bit out. It went all right, it’s just that I get so excited to do new material, I forget about the polished material.

Bob Marley was in town, so he Hammy, Al, and Steve and I went to OPT for some libations. Got absolutely skunked. Ran for the medicine cabinet first thing in the A.M.

Doing Jester’s Thursday, will stick to my pledge of ALL NEW stuff, we’ll see how it goes. Friday and Saturday are off, thankfully, I need the rest, plus the Broken Clown tour is coming up, and we need to gear up for that over the weekend.

On a personal note, I cleaned my apartment this weekend. It was such a travesty that I was inspired to write about it for my Face article. It comes to print on the first of June, but I posted it early on the “Spank Me Files” link Check it out, some of my better stuff, I think.
